Leonhard-Euler-Programm
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) supports the Leonhard Euler Scholarship Program with funds from the Federal Foreign Office (AA). The program promotes the implementation of joint binational research projects in order to help young academics remain at their home universities (e.g. during the doctoral phase). The supervision of young academics from Eastern and South-Eastern Europe as well as countries of the South Caucasus and Central Asia is carried out jointly by foreign and German university teachers using existing good professional relationships in one (or more neighboring) discipline(s) between the German university and the foreign university.
