EuGH Moot Court in Luxembourg
A fitting conclusion to this year’s EuGH-Moot Court headed by Prof. Dr. Siegbert Alber and Carsten Zatschler was the fact, that the oral pleadings were held at the actual European Court of Justice. As usual, the international team from the Europa-Institut performed really well.
